Divide the dough into 1/4 cup 2-inch pieces and place them on parchment paper. Spray with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown, 5-6 minutes. In small saucepan you can melt the butter. Cook carefully until butter begins to brown and bubbles, about 5 minutes. You can add icing sugar, one tablespoon milk, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract to browned butter; whisk until smooth.
